  Service was good, but took longer than expected and VERY expensive. Had to replace the counter balances on two bedroom windows, and cost over $700?!! They charged for the handyman to come out for evaluation (was not a free estimate), charged $45 for "travel time", charged for an hour's time to call a vendor for window parts, then charged even more for installation. Also, I had to follow up with them multiple times to confirm if parts had arrived and when repairs would be completed. Parts lead time was 6 weeks, whole process took over 10 weeks???!
