  If there was an option of no starts I would've chosen that. The lady that cut my hair was super rude. This was around 7:30 PM on 02/20/2017. Despite giving her multiple directions she kept trying to tell me how I should have been more specific with my directions as though this was the first time I was getting my hair cut! What a Sherlock! This place really needs to teach their staff some basic customer service skills and etiquette. She was really awful. I've been here 5 times before and had Fernando cut my hair. He is really good. They've lost my business for good but for one bad apple.
