I recently purchased a new Honda. My experience with Grossinger applies to both their sales of new vehicles as well as their customer service for repair work. When buying, I contacted 8 dealerships. Only Grossinger and one other got back to me in a timely fashion and respected my approach to buying the Process. Grossinger didn’t have the lowest price on the vehicle, but they were only a few hundred dollars over the best priced offer. The only reason we didn’t go with them is because we preferred a different color combination which the other dealership had. But not long after we got the vehicle, there appeared to be an issue with the heating system. So I took it to Grossinger to be serviced. The staff in the service department was amazing. Specifically I dealt with Frederick. They were very friendly, respectful, sympathetic. I’d highly recommend them.
