  NEGATIVE STARS! If there was button to not recommend a business or give them negative review, GROSS AUTO Group 6900 N. McCormick Blvd, LINCOLNWOOD, IL, the service center would qualify. The service director Pete Sober, this place was horribly ignorant and not welcoming at all. If you do happen to give this business a chance, I would do your best to avoid the service center director Pete Sober. I don’t like to go out of my way to bash people or a business, but this place is far from welcoming and doesn’t treat anyone with any kind of respect at all. Caroline Grossinger, the president of Grossinger Autoplex has videos all over her websites explaining how important it is to treat someone, especially if they are your guest and customer. I love her effort and concerns for her customers, but if she really cares about managing her businesses and making sure her customers are happy, she wouldn’t hire people like Peter the service center director. Parts were installed in my card and I was then unfairly charged for those parts.
