  I was the first Greenheart volunteer in their Granada, Spain program and the family that was chosen for me was not at all fit to be a host for anyone. I had a terrible experience. Greenheart does not follow up with the volunteers. They blast out impersonal automated emails. I did raise my concerns after the 3 months were over and they did seem to take action for the "next" volunteer. Sadly, I was the unfortunate guinea pig of a poorly researched family. My coordinator was pleasant to talk to but she was on vacation and traveling for most of my program which was bad luck for me. It was definitely not worth the fees they charge for their service.

  Very unprofessional and an impersonal way of conducting business, automated emails, unanswered phone calls and false advertising ss I did not get my refund for my application to EPIK. Right next door to a scam agency
