  My bike was shifting poorly and causing me to feel unsafe. I brought my bike in and spoke with Ezra. He said, they would take a look at it as well as take a test ride and give me a call. Ezra called me the next day and explained what was wrong and gave me options. I needed a special part that would need to be ordered. Ezra explained to me that it wasn't on the normal order days for the store, however he could order it if I wanted to pay for the shipping(which he also gave me an estimated cost). I commute to work most days and wanted my bike up and running ASAP so I agreed to the repairs and shipping. The work was done on time and at the price Ezra said it would be. My bike shifts and rides FANTASTIC, thanks to Ezra and the staff at Green Cycles. I recommend Green Cycles for future repairs.
