  Doug did a stellar job on my tracks. I had three tracks mastered, and though the second track was significantly longer than the other two (about 8 minutes), the guys at Gravity offered a fair rate for the whole deal. Upon agreeing to a mastering session they send you a questionnaire, which efficiently allows both you and Gravity to get on the same page about the mastering job without ever meeting in person (though that certainly is an option). Beyond the questionnaire, I spoke with Sam multiple times over the phone, who managed the whole project and prepared it for mastering by Doug. The whole job was done within a week. Would definitely recommend!
