  Terrible business practices! I recently ordered wood flooring from this place which is a huge mistake. Be prepared to be amazed by the beautiful products in their show room but only to find out later that they try everything to make you overpay for it. The owner Robert will treat you like a king until you close the bill.
  
  A few things that buyer should be aware of if buying from this business:
  
  - False advertising (inconsistent wood quality)
  - Inflated measurement in order to charge more
  - Despicable customer service once you paid in full. Their change of attitude is beyond words
  - Failure to deliver by promised delivery date
