  Worse Customer Service ever by "Ray" who claims he's the Manager who can't get a hold of the ower who is over seas, out of the country or something......my daughter bought a bed room set that broke less than 24 hours after it was delivered and he still hasn't done anything and won't refund her.

  I will give it 4 stars because of our past experiences, but that will quickly change depending on the outcome of current issue(s):
  My daughter and I have made several large purchases and have been pleased for the most part. Last week we made another rather large purchase and was given a delivery date of 12/29. It has come and gone. I have called the number listed and spoke with a gentleman once, He assured me that he would find out what happened. To no avail. I attempted to call on 5 other occasions since and no one is answering the phone. (This is the number listed). I really enjoy the staff, Rachel and the other young lady, but I'm having some difficulty understanding how this is being handled. Now I have to make a trip there to handle it face to face. I would have simply appreciated a follow up. I'm not unreasonable and I understand that things occur, but business has to go on. Besides, I paid for my purchase and therefor am entitled to it or an explanation as to why I haven't received it before I cancel it complete
