  I asked them to scan some negatives after reading about their equipment on their website online. They charged about 5 times the industry standard (which was fine when I thought I would be getting quality work) for low resolution crappy scans done by, according to the properties section of the scan, a nikon coolpix scanner, which is not the scanner touted on their website.
  
  The service is kind of shoddy. The place is unorganized. None of this would matter but it's just incredible that they would charge so much for low res scans with no tweaking or color correction. As far as transferring film slides, negatives or pictures into digital I would not go here. As for other services I cannot attest. But if they can't do the simple things...
