  Positives: Great quality items and games. Amazing customer service. I have liked the brute honesty and respect of each employee there. Keep up the good work.
  
  Negatives: They need to add more registers. Period.
  
  With good customer service comes talking. Lots of talking. The popularity of a place can add onto that also.
  
  The employees love to start conversations at the wrong times with the customers, or the customers LOVE to return things during the evenings. I remember being in line for 20 minutes there once.
  
  All in all, the place is great, but I am not a fan of lines.
