  Happy with the service visit from Four Seasons! The initial appointment was long since I scheduled the Furnace, AC and water heater repairs at the same time. The initial technician wasn't as friendly as I would have hoped but got the job done. He was helpful in recommending to charge the AC unit but also not to pay for unnecessary further diagnostics. Unfortunately the next week the furnace stopped working so I had to call them out again. They were able to get me an appointment quickly and the technician that showed up quickly identified a small mix up in the pressure switch hoses on the furnace that caused the problem. The second technician was fantastic, kept me involved in the diagnosis and updated me on what he was doing.

  I own three properties and have used Four Seasons numerous times in the past eight years to clean and repair different furnaces in two properties and a boiler in my six flat. They are available 24/7 in an emergency and don't charge overtime. They installed an air conditioning system in our home which included free financing to pay it off in five years. (Note: their expertise is in heating and cooling; I haven't found them to be as knowledgeable about water heaters.) They always stand behind their work. They installed a new thermostat for my boiler which included a remote sensor. The thermostat wasn't connecting with the sensor and wasn't heating the apartments to the programmed temperature. Four Seasons replaced the thermostat and the sensor twice before upgrading me to a better model at no charge. Their customer service is great. Whenever I've had an issue they have been very responsive.
