  Love this place but there is not nearly enough parking. The spots on the street are basically all illegal so you risk ticketing. Get there early as you can is all I can say. Oh and don't forget your earplugs.

  For being there just to paint a studio was really a good time.. Especially being in a building that other famous musicians rehearsed .. If I'd had the opportunity to rent or own a studio spot id jump to it in a heartbeat..

  Friendly staff and a well kept facility. The studio spaces available were large and accommodating. It was interesting to see that they include a house drum set with each space as well as microphones and amps. Rates can be as short as by the hour and seem reasonable. I would recommend this for rehearsal space.
