  Dave Wright at FitPro West is one of the most knowledgeable and committed trainers around. I have only been training about months and i feel great. I signed up with a membership at Fitpro that includes 3 sessions per week (it’s an amazing deal) and I really enjoy the sessions and am seeing the benefits. He is fun to work out with, pushes me hard but doesn’t judge in a negative way.
  
  I was concerned with the potential for Injury being 50 years old and I generally have some posture and mobility issues I wanted to focus on. But Dave has taken a scientific and clinical approach to my training and my fitness has increased noticeably. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries and he is also extremely reliable & flexible – always set up & ready to start training with an exercise routine planned.
  
  I have never looked forward to working out before and now I do. I think I might end up in the best shape of my life in my middle age.

  I love Fit Pro West and SO HAPPY I started working out there. Carsten, the owner, is very nice, helpful and very knowledgeable. He has been in the business for over 25 years. My new trainer Justice, has been very helpful since day 1. They both sat down with me for 2 hours my first day and listened to my goals and took time to get to know me. Their patience, passion and sincerity is what made me sign up.
  Justice followed up on everything. I love her style of working out and her whole outlook on fitness. We talk nutrition a lot as well, and I am so motivated by her.
  The gym is in a great location, it is smaller but chic. They have new , clean and the most updated equipment!
  There are "trendy gyms" full of mediocre trainers all over the city. It is kind of sad.
  I am so proud to say I belong to a serious gym with professional and well experienced trainers.
