  Their customer service is good but their prices are Insane. I'm aware Firestone is a well-known company but holy Sh@#! They act like it's for Lamborghinis and Ferraris they are working with. The new hispanic guy is a crapy person who is making deals under the table with certain customers. Overall, i feel like they scam their customers in some way because they tell you a price in the beginning once the service is done is another. something that would be validated a 400.00 would roughly be a 900.00 all in all just for labor. So if you are just getting your front tires change be sure to bring extra loads of cash with you because these people will take like 6 hours just to change and put a new set of tires on and charge you a lot. And not to mention how long they take to get it done. I'm ok with there service just not happy with the rest.
