  Short Version: Website says closing at 10:30pm, we go there at 10pm, they're closed. Sadness.
  
  Long Version: Its Tuesday evening and my boyfriend and I decide to have a little donuts rendezvous at 9:30pm. Had heard a lot of great things about this place and decided tonight we would get to check it out. Before we left our apartment, we checked the closing time for the Hubbard location which is closest to us, which said it closes at 10:30pm. We excitedly made the trek to Firecakes Donuts, walk up to the door at 10:00pm exactly, only to find it locked and the cashier waving his arms in the air while mouthing the words "WE'RE CLOSED". My boyfriend and I stare at each other in disbelief and step outside of the doorway to let people past us, who were also clearly misled by the wrong timings posted on the website. We stood outside the shop for about 3 more minutes trying to understand what a waste of time this trip had been for us. In those 180 seconds, about 4 different groups, each with a party of 2 or more tried the door thinking that this place was open. One guy even threw his hands in the air and said "I flew in to Chicago for these donuts"!!! Unbelievable. My heart goes out to every donuts loving soul who is deceived by Firecakes Donuts when they need their sugary fix.
