  Seems like a great deal if you live in the area, but it's not. First of all, you have to put down a $100 deposit for a transponder in addition to your "rent". I asked when I would receive this after my last months "rent" he said 3 weeks. After 5 weeks, I called. The reason I hadn't received it was because they didn't have my apartment number...but never called to ask for it. I finally got ahold of them to give them my apartment number, and was told i would only be getting $75 back because of a "transponder allocation fee" which was never once mentioned prior.
  
  Now to the issues with the garage. It is so hard to find, but I knew that going into it. What I didn't know is that there is no elevators so carrying anything remotely heavy is not an option.
  
  The front door men are horrible (the woman is very friendly) . The transponder NEVER works, and instead of them seeing that you are stuck, they make you get out of the car and come into the office, where they are sitting next to a camera watching the entire thing. This happened every time. I never once was able to leave the garage without having to get out and go to the office. So the $100 for the transponder is basically a joke.
  
  When you exit the garage, you have to climb mutliple flights of stairs to get to the ground level. There is not one elevator. I have a dog that I transported many times, so this was pure hell. They are also old metal stairs with holes, so you have to be very very careful.
  
  I would recommend never ever using this garage. Pay the extra $100 and park in the condominiums above it or in the BCBS building.
