  I went to scan two papers today and was told it’s 50 cents a min. I added $2 to my card thinking 4 minutes would be just enough. I didn’t even get to save my first scan before it timed me out which I found was ridiculous. I decided to leave and scan my items elsewhere. Before exiting I checked the value left in the card and there was 40 cents left which made no sense. If you ever need anything scanned go to the library it’s much better. I wish I had known that before going to kinkos.

  On hold 8 MINUTES. Problem resolved. Although they did NOT try to save me money I discovered I could so I went back to my source file, I copied the shipping label that they could mot access as an attachment and I sent it again but this time in the body of the email. I saved 10.00 by not accessing their computers which are expensive.
