  I typically get my braids done by the owners sister. She’s the last chair on the left side when entering. She does a great job! She does my box braids every time I go. I love when she does my touch ups too. Unfortunately this time my touch up was done by someone else; the woman in the very first chair on the left when entering. She does not engage with the other women much, she talks on her phone the whole time. She was pulling my hair extremely hard and the parts she made were way too small for the size braid she was making. I had to let her know SEVERAL times that she was pulling my hair and/or braiding too tight. Once I took my braids down yesterday I see a bald spot on my edges that she touched up. NEVER AGAIN will she touch my head.
