  The movers were six (!!) hours late for the first pickup window. They called and informed us they would be a little late, but then it just kept getting later and later. I understand that things can happen but six hours is beyond normal.
  
  The stuff was delivered timely the next day, but as we were unpacking we noticed two backpacks were missing. I realize that things get lost in the process - it happens... but its no coincidence that the two bags "lost" contained two laptops and two tablets - pretty much the only things during the move that had real resale value. I specifically watched Charles, the mover, put one of the bags on truck so I know it wasn't left behind.
  
  We tried going through the normal process of reclaiming lost items but the company (Specifically Mark and Sheila) have been obfuscating and unhelpful at every turn. They consistently say they'll call us back but never do. We filed a dispute with the credit card's bank to try to reclaim the money that way, but until we cancel the dispute they won't begin their investigation. Quite convenient that they wont work with us until we give up the only leverage we have
