  It is sad to say this because I am Hispanic, but the Spanish speaking employees are disrespectful to customers. Ramona is a queen bee with her 3 favorite customers. All they do is gossip and criticize customers as they walk in. I used to go all the time to this laundromat, However, I find this business failing soon. I complained to one of the white workers in hopes to see a resolution. However, it looked like they don't have a great management team, because those rude employees are still there. I warned him about business assets being lost as thus negativity keeps going. It seems like the company does not care for their clients. I would rate this Laundromat a 0 star but they do not have that option. The reason it is sad to give a negative review is because the owner seems kind but yet unaware of these ongoing issues. I guess I will be on the long list of ex customers. Good luck to the owner in which business will keep going low as their employers keep pushing away loyal customers.
