  Friendly staff and decent variety of cars. Sometimes the inventory has less cars due to less number of customers maybe.

  Awful experience. Reserved a car a week in advance. Once it was time for pick up we were told they no longer had any standard car for rental and we were redirected to a location in bronzeville! After calling ourselves and confirming that they could complete our reservation we arrived only to be told that we could not rent a car because their strict system didn't allow the same credit card to be runned twice. And that we would have to wait 24 hours to book a rental. The entire run-around was obsurd and frustrating! We filed a corporate complain but even so I'll never attempt at a car rental with this unqualified business.
