  Probably the best food experiences I've had thus far in the middle of nowhere. The restaurant is across from a freight train track. A multiple set course menu was presented by chef owner Foss to everyone as a dinner party. The place seats about 20 guests and is cozy. Guests were interacting with each other. A lady got up and re filled a couple's glasses with wine. The kitchen is open and can walk around in between the courses, talk to all the chefs as they are preparing plates. Menu changes and is presented at the end of the meal. We started out with a plate without utensils. We were to lick the food off the plates. An item that never changes is the interesting french fry Ice cream leek soup prepped with liquid nitrogen (inspired by his daughters). All plates were well crafted and are not lacking in flavor. This place is BYOB with no corkage fee. The entire good journey took just short of 3 hours and ended with coffee and mini donuts. As we left, the entire staff cleared out before guests as it was all prepaid.
