  I don't often write reviews, but I'm hoping to save others from the hassle I've had with this store (BTW I have ordered for EA several times and never had an issue with their other locations). I ordered an arrangement that was to be delivered on Monday, and it is now Saturday and the status on the website says "out for delivery", my recipient never received the fruit. I have "chatted" with customer service and called the corporate number now three times, after being placed on hold with the store for 18 minutes plus each time, corporate keeps telling me I need to speak with the store to resolve my issue. Corporate is actually quite nice about trying to resolve the whole thing but they appear powerless in actually generating a refund, so, I am now left to dispute the charge with my credit card.
