  Attempted to place an order, received a message saying there was an issue with the card information. Placed the same order with a different card and it went through. Following this I checked the balance on both cards and had been charged twice. When calling the office I received an answer of "call your bank or call our corporate office." Fine. I then asked what time my order would arrive, and was told "we have no idea, sometime between 11am and 5pm." Well, not the answer I was looking for. Never had an issue with any of the other locations.
