  It's so great to have such a local gem in the area. The space is tight but the service is quick and friendly. The owner keeps it interesting with a cool rotating menu like "omelette with strawberries and cream cheese" which, in my opinion, is really original and sounds like it could actually be good? I got the Bacon, Dates and Goat Cheese Omelette and I was blown away with how delicious it was. Prices are reasonable with everything

  How have I never reviewed them? I always enjoy my visits to the Edgebrook Coffee Shop, for their special hash. This week's special hash was ham, jalapeno and cheddar... outstanding! They create a new special omelet and special hash every week. I always feel like I'm in a small town diner.
