  Woman that works there (the skinny one full of tattoos) has horrible attitude and terrible customer service. On several occasions I've seen her talk back to customers and even tell one customer "to speak English." The other day I guess it was my turn, because I walked in around 4:30 am before work, and ordered a coffee while this same woman was putting up donuts. She asked what I wanted and told her a large extra cream and sugar. She continued stocking then looked back and literally YELLED at me. "What do you want". I told her to calm down and repeated my order. I'll never be returning to this location.

  The employees are remarkably unprepared, casual, and slow/confused. The consistently mess up orders. Nick is especially slow, as he is on his phone 70% of the time. It's probably hard to mix coffee with only one hand in use.
