  Terrible customer service, came in to get a coffee my son had to use bathroom so I asked for key and the loser lies to my face says it's out of order ok so my wife asks for women's bathroom key and he says just go like he's annoyed and while they go in another customer asks for mens bathroom key and he buzzes him in. He was being a real Richard for no reason as I was in line to buy something when I asked for key. Also bathroom and area before it was dirty and it smelled in that area. Employees walking around behind counter while there's a line and only 1 person taking orders.
