  Ordered online so it would be ready when I showed up. Get notification that it was ready 5 minutes before I got there, so was expecting it to be ready to go.
  When I walk into the empty store, I have to wait a couple minutes before the lone employee in the store even acknowledges my presence. Then have to wait another minutes while she pulls my pizza out of the oven along with 4 others, dropping one on the floor.
  Finally, after standing there waiting for far too long, she informs me that my pizza was the one she dropped. And it would be another 15 minutes to get a new one made.
  No one goes to Domino's expecting the highest quality food, but it is definitely expected to be hot and ready when it's supposed to be.
