  Horrible, the absolute definition of a terrible company. I have reported issues with my radiators multiple times to both the "management" team and the "maintenance" team for over a week now, requested to at least be given an update if the issue is being addressed at all, and have received ZERO response. Mind you, this is a week of Chicago's Polar Vortex. This is just the most recent of the issues I have had with this company. They are 100% unresponsive to any inquiry, any issue, and in the off chance you actually get a response to anything, they are extremely rude and still do not assist in any way. There are no redeeming qualities, this is truly one of the worst companies in existence.
