  Great value! Stayed in January for $70-80. The hotel staff was friendly and told us where there was a local convenience store upon check in.
  Pros: Really good location by several good restaurants and close to the mag mile stores, parked with a parking app across the street for $25 valet (no in and out access), decent size room, old charm. Remote did not work but batteries were quickly sent up and then all was good. Pretty view of Lake Michigan.
  Cons: really squeaky bed, dirty silverware, simple dusting in the bathroom could have been done, small tv.
