  So today is Valentines Day 3.30pm . I made my order ahead and order got confirmed. I was expecting to surprise my girlfriend, however I just got a phone call on the same day of delivery (Afternoon) that telling me, they are out of capacity and they cant send flowers today because they ran out of designers they are working with. On valentines day. No stock? No pre planning? No B plans? and the lady who has called me had an attitude and tried to ease the situation by only offering to take delivery charges off from my payment and deliver it the day after valentines day or Friday. These were the only options offered to me and with this poor service, no reliability and trustability. I will not recommend or be a customer of this company. Its very very very disappointing, if you dont have enough inventory, dont process the order. If you cant delivery dont say it on the same day’s late afternoon. This is just plain ridiculous.

  I ordered a same day delivery and the flowers arrived on-time, absolutely stunning and even got a call when the delivery was made. I used a service Website but will be ordering direct moving forward!
