  Incredible experience. Dropped in on a Saturday and Sunday morning and purchased a gym T-Shirt prior in the negotiation. Afterwards, I had one of the best instruction/coaching work out experiences I’ve ever had; led by Crossfit instructor Lawrence Jacobs on Saturday, and Yoga instructor Jennifer Hollister on Sunday. I explained to them that I've been working through a lower lumbar/back injury, and now in the days following my experience with them. I can already feel my back feeling better than it’s felt in months. I know they've helped me in my pursuit to conquer my injury and ailment, while in tandem pushing my physical limits to get better specific to my abilities. Thank you Crossfit Park Ridge. I’ll be back.
