  I've been going to this place since I was a nearby student (10+ years).
  
  Very convenient location for me. Food is pretty good. It's not the best food in the world but tasty enough that I'll go there a couple times a week for lunch or breakfast.
  
  They have a rewards program based on points that I highly recommend. Getting a bagel counts towards your entree points so that's a pretty good loophole there.
  
  What every college kid who goes to Cosi remember are the free bread samples. When they bake their bread, they cut off the rounded ends and leave them out for people to eat. That's probably my favorite part.
