  The staff at this office are very warm and friendly. My mom and I thought the staff would be rude and have an attitude because of past experiences but the staff has been refreshed with friendly faces and smiles.
  
  My mom needed to renew her passport and was instructed step by step on how to do so and we were out within an hour.
  
  We were a bit confused since there are 2 doors to 455 city plaza and the first smaller set of doors is the Booth business school entrance so you must enter through the larger set of doors at the corner. The embassy is on the 27th floor so use the 2nd set of elevators.
  
  Lastly, we parked at the 455 city plaza public parking which just so happens to have Whole Foods and so afterwards since parking is $27 for 0-2 hours, we decided to have lunch and browse/shop around till our 2 hours were up.
  
  Once again, thank you for being very helpful and polite.
