  Friendly.staffs!!! 20.mins. i was out of the door. The cashier welcomes me early in the morning told me to get a priority number stab first and.have to prepare a self address envelope.(so i have to go out and buy one). They have the list where to get it in case you forgot to bring one. I was able to get voters.registration.done.with passport.renewal. it was a pleasant experience. I got my passport.in least then 8 weeks.

  I wish we could give Zero Stars! The people who work here are extremely rude and lazy. If you go and there is a larger set man servicing your paperwork expect a long day. We arrived one day around noon there was a line out the door. People stated they were in line starting at 9:00am and still were not served. We were not served until 5:30pm that day. We were then informed that they can take our paperwork and then we would have to return tomorrow after 3:00pm to pick up. Surprisingly after 4:00pm the line started going faster. Weird isn't that? Also, you can look at the other employees working. They were on their work computers shopping for cloths on the internet. The woman working at the register was terrible. She got mad at me for giving her $40 dollars for our paperwork. She demanded exact change. I said no were is it stated exact change, so figure it out. Then she had to go find one of here hard working co workers to get change. She was fuming that she actually had to get up and do something. We were lucky since we live near Chicago. I feel bad for the people that have to come from North Dakota or Louisiana to deal with this garbage. I know Duterte has to focus on the Philippines, but you also need to keep your consulates in line. Please clean house and bring in people who care and actually want to help.
