  This is a sad excuse for an embassy, a business, an organization, a thing of existence. Every worker I saw came in past the hours posted that they open @ 8 am. Not a single piece of information was disseminated(voiced) till 8:40 well past our SCHEDULED appointment at 8 am. Which turned out to be made through the "wrong system" and we were pushed last. Every single worker here: shame on you. I see your laziness waddling in late sipping your morning Coca Cola. Gracias por toda la ayuda.
