  Would give a lower rating if I could. I've been waiting months to get a refund for an extra payment made in error. This company is unprofessional and an embarrassment

  Came here to be with my son after he was bitten by a dog. He just arrived when I got there and he was being checked in. Being used to large hospitals I have waited in ERs for hours before being seen. Not here. Within 10 minutes of checking in, he was called back. The nurse checked him out, made sure there was no penetration of the skin, and sent us on our way without formally checking him in, causing him to cough up a huge insurance co-pay. He recommended a tetanus shot, but since he had one in the past couple of years, we left.
  
  I cannot comment as to the state of care once you are checked in. The ER nursing staff was great.
