  This was the worst experience I have ever had with a real estate agent and agency ever. Do not go through them under any circumstance! The agent we had was ill informed of the apartment that he was showing and at times straight up lied to me and my roommate about costs and repairs done to the apartment. He ended up loosing a check and then screwed up our rent causing us to pay double rent!! When I contacted the broker in charge of the agency he was rude and arrogant. He didn't return my calls until three days later and offered no solution. I will never use them again. Stay away!
