  Horrible experience. The staff here is unreasonable and inconsiderate. I was there today, was told to bring in certain paper work. Left to get the paper work . Came back .. And long story short .. was given the complete run around ! The women staff purposely gave me a hard time. I was in the same location for the same reason a year prior .. process went smoothly. Left this location upset and irritated. I went to the location on north lasalle downtown.. I was in and out of the building within 30 mins. For the same exact reason, with the same exact paper work. I would recommend to go else where. The staff here feel as if they are doing you a favor, when it's their job.
