  usually when organization is this excellent it starts with the head manager JARED E EVANS MANAGER!!!! he treat you like a family member he is very Loving and kind hearthe a passion.
  
  AND THIS COULD NOT HAVE BEEN A BATTER TEAM: GABRIELLE ROBERTS ASSISTANT MANAGER she does a great great job assisting him and the customer. personal Ashwak Aibis very nice

  Published branch phone number does not work it only says "the person you are attempting to reach is unavailable" HUH?! It's a bank full of employees. I have no way of calling bank branch. Very frustrating and poor business practice. I have called the national Citibank customer service and complained but the problem is never remedied.
