  Gross. The aromatherapy showers weren't working, one of the two steam rooms was broken, and one of four warm stone lounges was broken. Couldn't understand the woman who gave me a tour at all. There was a very high level of street noise in the "relaxation room." I am also fairly certain that there is prostitution going on there. I was told that all of the treatment rooms have two massage tables and a shower, and there was an unusual number of couples getting massages at lunchtime on a Monday. I've been to a LOT of spas, and this one is not ok. I actually left without getting my treatment, which I've never done before.
