  I brought them a suit with a few small stains that I pointed out and they had marked. 10 minutes after I dropped it off, I realized I left my wallet in the coat pocket. When I went back, the outsourced cleaner had already picked it up. No big deal.
  
  When the outsourced cleaners came back next, my Ventra card and cash (not much more than $20) were missing. That was annoying.
  
  When I got the suit back, the stains were still there. I assumed there wasn’t anything to be done, so I wore the suit with the stains for nearly a year.
  
  Eventually, I took the suit to my regular cleaners, Nuance, across the street. They took the stains out no problem at all. I think Chris Cleaners is both dishonest and incompetent. Go across the street.
