  I stayed here with a buddy for Lollapalooza last July & the customer service that Katrina provided for us to get our room set up was phenomenal!! Thanks a million again for everything Katrina!!!
  
  Pluses:
  + 24-hour Walgreens within a 5 minute walk
  + The common room was nice & spacious
  + You felt safe staying here because of the front card key entry door
  + 5-8 minute walk from the nearest L-Train station
  + The rooms & the community bathrooms were clean!
  
  Negatives
  - The two male receptionists I encountered there felt annoyed & impatient when I asked them questions
  - Each floor shared a community bathroom that featured only 2 showers & a toilet
