  Terrible, terrible experience. I ordered flowers from here for my girlfriend to be delivered on Valentine's Day. I don't live in Chicago so I picked a flower shop that had a lot of good reviews. I don't know how it has the reviews it has on here because she never received the flowers. The delivery driver sent a text later in the night apologizing for not getting the flowers delivered and asked if she would still like them delivered the next day. She responded but never heard anything back. I've tried calling the shop 4 times and sent emails and have yet to get a hold of anybody. What a scam.
