  The wait time to call and schedule an appointment is way too long. I’ve been calling all day and has yet to get a answer to schedule, plus they don’t respond to you on the patient portal. How do you have a call center to schedule appointments but phone calls aren’t being answered? Your best bet it to go to facility in person to make appointments which shouldn’t have to lead to that.
