  Lazy bankers and associates would rather chat among themselves instead of helping customers. It was toward closing time and I was finishing up rolling coins, instead of offering to help a banker told me to hurry up because they legally had to close down 15 minutes after closing time. That was definitely a lie because a customer is still talking to another banker (in their office) and I ended up leaving 20 minutes after closing time.
  
  The tellers were "alright", but could have been more helpful. As a customer you should not feel like you're inconveniencing a business, otherwise I'll take my business else where.
  
  Fix your associates/bankers attitudes to think "customer first" especially if the customer didn't ask for help or make a fuss when there isn't a coin counting machine.
