  The staff is always unbelievably courteous and helpful. Emanuel has learned my first name and greets me every time. I remember him when he was at the south loop location and he has always been a real professional. The other staff are just as helpful. I really like that simple alterations have started, and we have needed the wash and fold a few times lately as we have remodeling being done. I have been happy each time. Wish you could keep track of all of my orders and I could "earn" rewards rather than look for the random coupons for 10 garments.
