  Used to work here hated it. I started as a Porter and it was good at first. But then all NEW Management came in and everyone tries to be a boss. Buildings are crappy, they have a high turnover rate. I was there 2 years and 3 area managers, 2 maintenance supervisors, and 4-6 maintenance techs and 2 leasing agents quit for a BETTER job. They had to let go alot of office staff. The company sucks. The only good thing is an hour lunch. Bosses try to follow you secretly, like i dont see their car and them driving it.
  
  I wouldnt rent nor work here again.
