  It's a small cafe, but nevertheless it's quite comfortable (there are tables on either side of the cafe as well as a long counter where one can sit and gaze at the world going by outside). Their coffee is wonderful (I love their lattes) and their baked goods are indeed good (so far I've had the pumpkin-apple bread, chocolate croissant, and chocolate-chip scone). They play music just loud enough to enjoy and still be able to hold a normal conversation, which is in itself a good reason to come here since most coffee shops nowadays tend to crank up the volume to a bothersome degree. Jill, one of the owners, is very nice and accommodating, and the employees are mostly college students--they're super friendly and always glad to make recommendations. Unpretentious and chill atmosphere, and I hope it stays that way. The prices are similar to what you will find in other cafes (i.e., not cheap, but then prices have gone up everywhere). I wish they had longer hours: They're open on weekdays from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. They're closed on Sundays.
  P.S. I was told that you can bring your own mug from home for them to fill up with coffee, which can only benefit the environment.
  P.P.S. A few days before the Presidential Inauguration I dared to mention that I had voted for Donald Trump (it came up while chatting), and I wasn't made to feel the least bit unwelcome--I was a valued customer whose business is appreciated. Tolerance, which should go both ways, anybody? Yeah, right here. Highly recommended for one and all (and I mean *all*).
